All our meetings are open and any member of the Parent Forum (ie parents/carers of a child at Madras College), school pupils, school staff or the public may attend. Our 2025/26 meetings are normally at Madras College on the following dates:

Annual General Meeting – Tuesday 23rd September 2025 from 6:30-8:00pm
Ordinary Meeting – Tuesday 11th November 2025 from 6:30-8:00pm
Ordinary Meeting – Wednesday 28th January 2026 from 6:30-8:00pm
